No Returns on Dispatched Products

Due to the sensitive nature of research peptides and laboratory chemicals, UK Sterling Peptides cannot accept returns of any product once it has been dispatched. This policy protects product integrity and complies with standard practice in the research chemicals sector.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect product, please contact us at info@uksterlingpeptides.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order reference and clear photographs of the issue. We will review each case and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Non-Delivery

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, contact us with your order reference. We will investigate with the carrier and keep you informed of progress.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by emailing info@uksterlingpeptides.com with your order reference. Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled.
